PAYMENT
-Payment is upfront via Paypal invoice-All prices are in Euros (€), i can convert if necessary but the invoice will be sent in euros.-In payments exceding 130€, i can offer you pay 50% at the start, and 50% before the art is delivered.-Invoices must be paid within 7 days, or the project may be cancelled.-The price may vary or change depending on complexity ot additional requests.-Once work has begun or payment has been made, you aknowledge that the deliverables are digital and there are no physically shipped goods to recieve.-You, as client, agree that you will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned bellow will be followed......................................PROCESS-please have your references ready, and include as many angles as possible as this is a 3d model and I need to keep in mind how this character looks all around.-please include a list/guide with the expressions you'd like for the character in case of desiring different expressions that the ones listed above.-you can specify stylistic choices such as hair highlights, eye shapes, colored lineart (for the render), but I will not copy the work of another artist.-Work completition can take between 2 weeks to 2 months after payment depending on each project.-Time is dependant on commission type, complexity and workload.-I provide updates as I work on the commission, and will ask for feedback. Feel free to ask for modifications or even draw over the model to help me adjust the model to your liking.

You cannot resell, redistribute or use it in commercial projects unless discussed beforehand.-You can repost or use the artwork however you like as long as you credit me for the art, such as social media profile pictures, banners, and posts, etc.-You have the obligation to credit the model in any render/animation created in the future.-You may not claim my work as yours.-If you plan to use this model for 3d printing or porting it for vrchat, please take into account that I do not optimise the models for either of those things, feel free to adjust as you see fit.-Please make sure you back up the files properly, I might delete them off my computer after some time to free up space.-Delivered Art will be watermarked.-You may not remove the watermark from the video/image files.-By requesting service you agree to my terms and conditions.

EDIT OR REPLY to your comment if you want to back out so i can notify the previous bidder.Payment-Payment is through paypal invoice, please have your paypal email on hand for when i contact you.-Please send the payment within 24-72 hours after i contact you-I allow payment plans for prices that exceed 150 euros, ask if you're interested! Payment plans can only last for 2 weeks max. If the payment is under 150 you must pay directly.-No refunds, please think it through before purchasing-I do not do holds unless under special circumstances-I accept vouchers / other people paying on your behalf-Character and files will only be transferred once the full payment has been completedDesign rules-You can edit or redesign the character as you like.-You can repost the purchased file anywhere as long as you credit me for the design.-Do not turn the design's concept into a closed species, you can make other characters inspired by the one you bought as long as you stay the owner.-You can trade, resell, gift and change the character however you want, its yours to enjoy!-If the character changes hands please point the next owner towards my TOS!-If you do resell the character, do not overprice it. Its worth as much as the amount it was bought for.-Do not take credit for my designs nor trace my any of my artworks.Copyright-You can use the character however you like after its bought!
